In order to access these files:
Go to your Steam Library list
Right click on Ex Vitro
Go to Manage, and then Browse Local Files
In the main Ex Vitro folder, the content will be located in subfolders called Wallpapers, Concept Art, Music, and Ending Slides, and the Terrarium Guide PDF will be in the main folder
