Boons & Burdens is a single player, action-roguelike, bullet heaven set in the depths of a hellish dimension. Battle hordes of demons through 9 levels of evil, collect magical gems to purchase powerful boons, and unlock your true potential as one of many wizards. But beware! The path to power requires sacrifice. Each level requires you to choose a new burden that transforms the difficulty. Become the paragon of ultimate power, or the architect of your own downfall, and watch it all unfold in richly detailed, over-the-top pixel art.
